The CSCSA Trade Union is the certificated body which represents our members working for Currys, GXO and WebHelp. Our membership encompasses all of Supply Chain Logistics nationwide, the Customer Repair Centre in Newark, and the Contact Centres in Sheffield and beyond.
The CSCSA started as the DSA in 2003 and came into existence as a Trade Union in 2007. It was constructed as a partnership between the leadership of Dixons and the Distribution Staff Association, the origin of the CSCSA.
We took the name Currys Supply Chain Staff Association, to signify that partnership. In 2009 we sought and achieved a recognition agreement as a Trade Union with Dixons. In May of that year the company and the leadership of the CSCSA signed the recognition agreement that made us the sole body with negotiating rights on behalf of all the staff within what was to become Supply Chain & Logistics.
We at the CSCSA believe that all of our colleagues deserve a voice. We are that voice.
We believe that all of the management from corporate to local should respect and uphold the ideal of making our business the employer of choice, where ever we may be.
We believe that our path is intertwined with that of our colleagues in all areas of the business.
